Returns & Cancellations Policy

Returns and Refunds

Please note that we have a 30-day return policy and that you may return your item within 30 days of receipt for a refund.To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To finalize your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Contact us at support@bobapalz.com for any return questions, or to initiate your return. Once your return is approved, we will send you email instructions on where to send your item. Upon receipt, we will inspect the product and If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Upon your receipt of your purchase, please inspect your order and let us know immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order prior to it being shipped. However, once shipped for delivery a cancellation cannot be issued. Once you receive the item, you may then email us to request a return and refund.
